Florentina Pîslan

I am a PhD student in the domain of Theoretical and Computational Physics at the Faculty of Physics, University of Bucharest. I’ve been working at the Institute of Space Science from Măgurele-Romania since 2021, dedicating all my research work exclusively to LISA (Laser Interferometer Space Antenna) science. Therefore, I am a member in the LISA Data Challenge (LDC) group, the Astrophysics working group and, last but not least, the LISA Early Career Scientists (LECS) group. Also, starting from the beginning of 2024, I am a LECS co-chair. My research work is mainly focussed on simulations of gravitational waveforms, multi-messenger analysis of astrophysical sources and building catalogues of gravitational wave sources.
