I am currently a PhD candidate at Vanderbilt University. My research interests involve using hydrodynamic simulations to study black hole systems in gaseous environments. I am primarily focused on the effects of an accretion disk on the orbital evolution of massive black hole binaries in the context of LISA progenitors. I am also interested in the AGN formation channel for Extreme Mass Ratio Inspirals (EMRIs) and the environmental effects on EMRI waveforms.
